HorizontalFestival.com.au is the official website of Horizontal Festival 2026. The Festival is presented by Experience Nature Pty Ltd.

Tickets for Festival events are sold via Flicket (“Ticketing Platform”). By purchasing Tickets, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as the Flicket Terms of Use, including their ticket purchasing terms available at:





1. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

1.1 By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photography, audio and video recording may take place.

1.2 The Festival and its partners may use such content for promotional, marketing, editorial and archival purposes across all media channels without further notice or compensation.

1.3 If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, you must notify Event staff prior to or upon arrival. While reasonable efforts will be made, we cannot guarantee you will not appear incidentally.



2. PRICE AND PAYMENT

2.1 Ticket Pricing: Ticket prices are set by the Festival and may change at any time prior to purchase.



2.2 Fees and Charges: Any additional fees (including booking or transaction fees) will be clearly displayed at checkout.



2.3 Order Responsibility: It is the Buyer’s responsibility to review all event and ticket details before completing a purchase.



2.4 Payment: By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that all details provided are accurate.



2.5 Order Confirmation: A binding agreement is formed once payment is completed and an order confirmation is issued..



2.6 Third-Party Processing: Payments are processed by third-party providers via STRIPE



2.7 Ticket Resale: Tickets must not be resold above face value or used for promotional or commercial purposes without prior written consent. Buyers must comply with all applicable resale laws.



2.8 Validity of Tickets: Tickets purchased via unauthorised resellers may be invalid. The Festival is not responsible for such purchases.



2.9 Additional Conditions: All tickets are subject to Event, venue, and applicable legal requirements.



2.10 Post-Purchase Enquiries: All ticketing enquiries must be directed to the Festival, not Flicket.



2.11 Donations (if applicable): Any optional donations are managed by the Festival. We are responsible for providing accurate information regarding beneficiary organisations.



2.12 Currency: All transactions are processed in the AUD currency specified at checkout.





3. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

3.1 Refund Policy: Refund eligibility will be outlined at the time of ticket purchase and in accordance with applicable consumer laws.



3.2 Requesting a Refund: All refund requests must be submitted directly to the Festival using the contact details provided.



3.3 Processing Refunds: Where applicable, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once approved.



3.4 Event Changes: The Festival reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, safety concerns or force majeure.



3.5 Extreme Weather: Events may proceed in varying weather conditions. In cases of cancellation due to extreme weather or force majeure, refunds or alternative arrangements will be considered at the Festival’s discretion.



3.6 Disputes: Any disputes must first be raised with the Festival. Where applicable, disputes may be escalated via the Ticketing Platform.





4. ENTRY CONDITIONS

4.1 The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disruptive, unsafe or unlawful manner.



4.2 Attendees must comply with all directions from Event staff, security and venue management.



4.3 Valid tickets must be presented upon entry.



4.4 Some events may be licensed and subject to age restrictions. Valid identification may be required.





5. LIABILITY

5.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Festival is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained at the Event.



5.2 Attendees participate at their own risk.



5.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.





6. MERCHANDISE AND ADD-ONS

6.1 The Festival is responsible for the fulfilment of any merchandise, add-ons or experiences sold in connection with Tickets.



6.2 All such offerings are subject to availability and applicable laws.





7. PRIVACY

7.1 Personal information is collected and managed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.



7.2 Please refer to Universe’s Privacy Policy for information on how ticketing data is handled.





8. GENERAL

8.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.



8.2 The Festival reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
